Terms of Service
By creating an account or using NearWize ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The service
NearWize connects customers with local service professionals. We facilitate introductions and direct service requests; we are not a party to any agreement between customers and professionals, and we do not employ the professionals listed.
Professional listings
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles. NearWize does not independently verify all claims. Customers should conduct their own due diligence.
Reviews and ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine, completed jobs. NearWize may remove reviews that violate these terms.
Professional access and fees
During the launch stage, NearWize does not require professionals to pay a subscription fee for access. NearWize does not currently process automatic subscription payments.
Reports, blocking, and safety
You can report users and block others. NearWize reviews reports and may act on them.
Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearWize is not liable for disputes between customers and professionals.
